“Yesterday your technician stopped by to work on the gates. SO often the positive outcomes are overlooked in any industry, so I wanted to take a moment to recognize the extreme level of service we received. I’m not sure if you have any kind of rewards program for your team – Chuck deserves some recognition. The actual service required was minimal at best (power switches were turned off) but Chuck took the time to provide some training information to the leasing team and myself in regard to proper data entry for the Master system, alternative system controls, remedies to our programming quandary, and so much more.
